December is always a hectic time filled with lots of social activities all while we are preparing for the Holidays and wrapping up our year at work. To make it easy on you we have gather all important info right here:

Our last day of shipping is the 23rd. December, but if you want to be sure that you have it in time for the holidays, we recommend the following dates:

Europe / International: Friday the 19th before noon
Denmark: Friday the 19th before 18

Jewellery that are not on sale and bought from 1st -23rd December can be exchanged or returned till the 10th of January.

Jewellery bought on sale from 1st -23rd December can be exchanged till the 10th of January. We do not provide refunds on items bought on sale after 14 days. If you wish to return it, it is possible within 14-days from the purchase date

Jewellery purchased at full price (not on sale) between 1–23 December, can be exchanged or returned until 10 January.
Jewellery purchased on sale between 1–23 December can be exchanged until 10th January.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on sale items after 14 days of purchase, so if you wish to return a sale item, please it happens within 14 days from the purchase date.

    Denmark - Free shipping with GLS

    Germany – Free shipping with DHL
    EU €10 - Free shipping over €100 with DHL
    Rest of the world €17 - Free shipping €100 with DHL

    Shipping to UK:
    Due to the UK leaving EU minimum order amount shipped to the UK is €155 +
    shipping.

    DELIVERY

    Products “in stock” will be delivered within 4 working days in Denmark and

    EU and within 7 working days outside the EU. 
    We will send your order as soon as we can and within the delivery time above. However, a few pieces are made in house when ordered, why delivery time can be slightly longer. If this is the case for your order, we will notify you immediately. We do not ship to Russia.

    RETURN

    Make sure to pack the jewellery safely and in its original box with your delivery note. If you live outside the EU please note on the shipping label as well as inside the package that the shipment is a return shipment and the value should therefore be noted as €0

    On www.vibeharsloef.com you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it. 

    Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to
    a fault of ours.

    EXCHANGE

    In case you wish to exchange an item, please kindly send us an email to info@vibeharsloef.com so we can guide you

    REFUNDS

    Products bought on www.vibeharsloef.com must be returned in their original packing to us at the address above.

    You cannot return products to other vendors of www.vibeharsloef.com. 

    They are to be unused other than for trying them on. 

    If there is evidence that suggests that the jewellery have been used to a degree that decreases the value of the product, you will lose your right to return the product. 

    If the jewellery arrives at us broken, the right of return waives.

    We will not bear the direct costs of returning a product unless the return is a result of our mistake. In that case please contact info@vibeharsloef.com who will provide you with a shipping label, which will cover the costs associated with returning the products to us.

    Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

    To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the credit card or PayPal account used for placing the order.

    We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items.

    We are not able to refund customs and VAT for orders sent to destinations outside the EU.

    It should be noted that we will not refund customs and VAT for orders shipped to customers outside the EU, where the deliveries are refused by the customer or because the customer was not home to receive the delivery.

    All sales taxes will be refunded to customers within the EU. If you refuse delivery, we will not cover the return shipping cost. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
